‧如欲購買諮詢以外之服務, 須自行付費
有關:更改/取消/缺席預約
‧首次諮詢只能更改1次, 需以預約當天12:00am起計算36小時前通知, 否則將會扣除留位費不設退款或更改。
‧如臨時取消(以預約當天12:00am起計算不足36小時通知)、遲到超過15分鐘(服務時間會因而相應縮短)、遲到30分鐘或以上服務將視作取消、因任何理由缺席, 除出示當天有效的醫生証明, 否則將會扣除預約/留位費不設退款或更改。
‧關於惡劣天氣安排, 當天文台於預約時段2小時前懸掛黑色暴雨警告、8號或以上風球, 預約可以安排更改。

Note: There are no additional or hidden costs.
Terms and Conditions
Payment Confirmation: Please contact us to confirm the date and time before payment.
Fill in Information: Please provide the date and time confirmed with us.
Transparent Fees: There are no additional or hidden fees.
Consultation Fee: If you attend the appointment on time and complete the consultation, the consultation fee can be fully used for services or product purchases.
Additional Services: Any services other than the consultation must be paid for separately.
Regarding: Rescheduling/Cancellation/No-show Policy
First Consultation Rescheduling: The first consultation can be changed only once. You must notify us at least 36 hours before the appointment (calculated from 12:00 AM on the appointment day); otherwise, the consultation fee will be deducted without refund or modification.
Last-Minute Cancellations: For cancellations within 36 hours of the appointment (calculated from 12:00 AM on the appointment day), or if you arrive more than 15 minutes late (the service time will be correspondingly shortened), or if you are 30 minutes late or more, the service will be considered canceled. No-shows for any reason will incur the reservation fee deduction without refund or modification, unless a valid doctor's certificate is presented on the same day.
Adverse Weather Arrangements: If a black rainstorm warning is issued by the Observatory two hours prior to the appointment, or a signal number 8 or above is hoisted, the appointment can be rescheduled.
Final Decision Rights: We reserve the right to make the final decision in any dispute.
