About : Changing Appointment ‧Scalp analysis/treatment appointment can only be changed once, and 36 hours notice is required for the day of appointment. ‧Hair Colour appointments can only be changed once, and 48 hours notice is required before the date of appointment. About : Product delivery/pickup 1.SF Express office or SF Express station-pick up The customer chooses to pick up the shipment at SF Express office or SF station but fails to complete the pickup within the first 2 days* after the shipment arrives at the selected address and is successfully put on the shelf. SF Hong Kong will charge HK$10 every 1 day* in the future. Feng steward’s service fee.
